Flea Control

Please tell us if you believe your pet has fleas or ticks.
Critter Camp does have monthly pest control.
We examine each pet that comes to camp.
We do ask that you let us know if your pet has a pest problem.
If pests are found on your pet, we will dip him and the charge will be added to your bill.
Please call us if you find you arrive home with more critters than you left with us…We will dip your pet for free and give our pest man a call to come and spray our camp.

Clean Camp

We wash all of our bedding daily to insure your pet always has a clean bed.
We wash the feed and water dishes daily.
We keep Critter Camp clean and sanitized.
Our condos are concrete so that if your pet has a problem such as loose stool, blood in the urine, or any other medical problem we will be able to report this to you.
Campers do go outdoors to potty; they are not locked in at night unless we are requested to do so.
While we are constantly cleaning Critter Camp, it is possible for campers to walk through or lay down outside in their own potty.
Sometimes a camper potties inside his pet condo.
For this reason we suggest that you allow us to bathe your pet just prior returning home.
This will ensure they return home smelling sweet.
We work hard to keep Critter Camp clean however, due to the social nature of Critter Camp, exposure is possible. Please keep your pet’s shots up to date.

Healthy Camp

Please inform us immediately if you change vets. If we cannot verify current shots, we will take your pet to the vet for innoculation! ($50 transportation charge plus vet charges)
It is your responsibility to keep us informed of innoculation records for your pets!
If our records show your pet’s shots are not current, we will attempt to inform you of this when you make your appointment.

Your Pet's Safety Is Our Top Priority

At Critter Camp, we do everything in our power to provide a safe, secure, and supervised environment for every pet in our care.
Please let us know if your pet has a history of climbing fences, digging, opening gates, escaping enclosures, or has fears of thunderstorms, fireworks, or other situations that may require extra attention.
Our play yards are surrounded by secure 6-foot fencing with inward-leaning anti-climb barriers, providing an extra level of security to help prevent adventurous pets from escaping.
The owner lives right next door and is available to respond quickly in the event of any emergency-day or night.
Our experienced staff continuously monitors all pets throughout the day, ensuring every guest receives attentive care and supervision.
We have established emergency procedures and maintain close relationships with local veterinarians so your pet can receive prompt medical attention if ever needed.
Safety is our highest priority, and every decision we make is centered around protecting your pet while they're in our care.
We treat every guest like they're one of our own, providing a secure, loving environment where you can enjoy peace of mind while you're away.
Our facility is monitored by security cameras, providing an additional layer of safety for our guests and property.
